Implementasi Media “Prize Draw Game” Dalam Pembelajaran Menulis Puisi pada Peserta Didik Kelas XI SMA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan media pembelajaran “Prize Draw Game” dalam materi menulis puisi pada peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 6 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 6 Semarang yang berjumlah 36 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan nontes yaitu data tes berupa lembar kerja peserta didik, data nontes berupa observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Teknik reduksi data digunakan sebagai cara untuk menganalisis data. Penyajian hasil analisis data dilakukan secara formal dan informal. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwamedia pembelajaran “Prize Draw Game” dalam materi menulis puisi pada peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 6 Semarang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, motivasi, dan minat belajar peserta didik secara signifikan. Peserta didik sangat antusias dengan pembelajaran berbasis permainan. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil belajar peserta didik dengan perolehan nilai terendah 79 dan nilai tertinggi 92. Hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa semua peserta didik mencapai keterangan tuntas KKTP dengan rata-rata 75. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tes dan nontes, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran “Prize Draw Game” dalam materi menulis puisi pada peserta didik kelas XI SMA N 6 Semarang.
