Abstract

Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada permasalahan yang terdapat di SMP Negeri 1 Semarang yaitu rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam menulis surat pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas media pembelajaran canva terhadap kemampuan menulis surat pribadi pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII G SMP Negeri 1 Semarang yang berjumlah 34 peserta didik. pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non tes yang terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara, dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media canva dapat membantu minat dan motivasi peserta didik serta kreativitas peserta didik dalam menulis surat pribadi.
