Pelanggaran Prinsip Kesantunan Berbahasa dr. Amira Farahnaz sebagai Dokter Detektif dalam Memberikan Edukasi di Media Sosial TikTok: Suatu Kajian Pragmatik
Abstract
Dalam penelitian ini peneliti bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa dr. Amira Farahnaz sebagai Dokter Detektif (Doktif) dalam memberikan edukasi di media sosial TikTok selama bulan September—Desember 2024 dengan menggunakan kajian pragmatik. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan pelanggaran-pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa yang dilakukan oleh dr. Amira Farahnaz sebagai Dokter Detektif yang berprofesi sebagai dokter dan aktif memberikan edukasi mengenai masalah kesehatan dan perawatan kulit (skincare) untuk masyarakat Indonesia di akun media sosial TikTok miliknya. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 90 pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan berbahasa yang dilakukan oleh dr. Amira Farahnaz dengan rincian 14 pelanggaran maksim kebijaksanaan, 3 pelanggaran maksim kedermawanan, 27 pelanggaran maksim penghargaan, 8 pelanggaran maksim kesederhanaan, 2 pelanggaran maksim permufakatan, 32 pelanggaran maksim perasaan, dan 4 pelanggaran maksim berpendapat. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti tidak menemukan pelanggaran maksim simpati, maksim permintaan maaf, dan maksim pemberian maaf.
