Defense Mechanism Tokoh Utama Film Nilep: Kajian Psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud
Abstract
Film Nilep menawarkan eksplorasi psikologis yang menarik melalui tokoh-tokohnya, menggambarkan dinamika konflik antara dorongan internal (id), tuntutan moral (super ego), dan upaya penyeimbangan (ego) sesuai teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis mekanisme pertahanan diri (defense mechanisms) yang digunakan tokoh utama untuk mengatasi kecemasan akibat ketidakseimbangan psikis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sementara data penelitian dalam bentuk percakapan tokoh dalam film yang diperoleh melalui menonton film secara berulang, dilanjutkan dengan transkripsi, dan validasi berbasis teori. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi struktur kejiwaan (id, ego, super ego) serta mekanisme pertahanan seperti proyeksi, rasionalisasi, dan regresi. Hasilnya menunjukkan dominasi id pada tokoh anak yang mencuri mainan, sementara ego dan super ego muncul melalui upaya rasionalisasi kesalahan serta rasa bersalah. Mekanisme pertahanan seperti proyeksi ("saling menyalahkan") dan regresi ("menghindar seperti anak kecil") menjadi strategi bawah sadar tokoh untuk meredakan ketegangan. Temuan ini memperkaya pemahaman tentang kompleksitas psikologis manusia, khususnya dalam konteks perkembangan anak.
