Analisis Variasi Sapaan Bahasa Mandar pada Masyarakat Desa Bababulo Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene (Kajian Sosiolinguistik)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis variasi sapaan bahasa Mandar pada masyarakat desa Bababulo Kecamatan Pamboang Kabuapaten Majene. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah variasi sapaan bahasa Mandar pada masyarakat Desa Bababulo Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene (Kajian Sosiolinguistik). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Bababulo dengan sumber data utama dalam penelitiaan ini adalah penduduk asli desa Bababulo dangan jumlah informan 8 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada dua variasi sapaan yaitu sapaan kekerabatan dan sapaan nonkekerabatan. Sapaan kekerabatan ditemukan sebanyak 14 sapaan diantaranya: Nenek tommuane, Nenek towaine, Pua, Indo, Amaure, Indoure/tatte, Nenek utti, Pasanang, Luluare, Ipar/Lago, Appo, Appo utti, Anaure, Boyang pissang. Sapaan nonkekerbatan terdapat ditemukan sebanyak 12 sapaan diantaranya sapaan berdasarkan usia 3 (Puang, Kandi, Sola), sapaan berdasarkan gelar bangsawan 1 (Puang), sapaan berdasarkan profesi 3 (pak guru/ibu guru, bidan, pak desa), sapaan berdasarkan penggolongan kata 3 (Iyau, Ita, I’o), sapaan berdasarkan gelar agama 2 (Ustadz, Ustadzah).
