Analisis Wacana Krirtis Teun A.Van Dijk Pada Pidato Menhut Tentang Bencana Aceh-Sumut November 2025
Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis pidato Menteri Kehutanan Republik Indonesia mengenai bencana banjir di Aceh dan Sumatera Utara pada November 2025 menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis model Teun A. van Dijk. Kajian difokuskan pada tiga dimensi wacana, yaitu makrostruktur, superstruktur, dan mikrostruktur, untuk mengungkap konstruksi makna, ideologi, serta strategi bahasa yang digunakan dalam teks pidato. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi dokumentasi. Data penelitian berupa teks pidato resmi menteri kehutanan yang diperoleh dari sumber daring terpercaya.Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi dan menafsirkan struktur makro,superstruktur,dan mikrostruktur wacana sesuai dengan model Teun A. van Dijk.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pidato tersebut menekankan tema empati terhadap korban bencana sekaligus penegasan komitmen pemerintah dalam mengevaluasi kebijakan pengelolaan lingkungan. Secara struktural, pidato disusun secara sistematis melalui pembukaan persuasif, isi argumentatif, dan penutup yang bersifat ajakan. Pada tataran mikrostruktur, ditemukan penggunaan strategi bahasa yang berfungsi membangun legitimasi kebijakan serta membingkai bencana sebagai momentum refleksi dan tanggung jawab bersama. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pidato berperan tidak hanya sebagai sarana komunikasi, tetapi juga sebagai alat pembentukan wacana dan citra kebijakan pemerintah.
