Analisis Wacana Kritis Pidato Menteri Pendidikan pada Peringatan Hari Guru Nasional 2025 Model Teun A. Van Dijk
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji wacana pidato Hari Guru Nasional Tahun 2025 menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis model Teun A. van Dijk. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan objek kajian berupa teks pidato resmi Hari Guru Nasional Tahun 2025 yang merepresentasikan pandangan serta kebijakan pemerintah mengenai peran guru di Indonesia. Data penelitian berupa dokumen tertulis pidato yang diperoleh dari sumber resmi pemerintah dan dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Fokus analisis diarahkan pada struktur wacana yang meliputi makrostruktur, superstruktur, dan mikrostruktur untuk mengungkap makna global, kerangka teks, serta strategi kebahasaan yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pidato tersebut menonjolkan tema penguatan peran guru sebagai elemen strategis dalam pembangunan nasional, terutama melalui peningkatan kompetensi, kualifikasi, dan kesejahteraan guru. Dari aspek superstruktur, pidato disusun secara sistematis dengan pembukaan yang persuasif, isi yang argumentatif, dan penutup yang bersifat motivatif. Sementara itu, pada tataran mikrostruktur ditemukan penggunaan latar, detail, praanggapan, dan pilihan leksikal yang bertujuan membangun citra positif pemerintah serta menegaskan komitmen negara terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pidato Hari Guru Nasional Tahun 2025 tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai teks seremonial, tetapi juga sebagai sarana legitimasi kebijakan dan pembentukan wacana kekuasaan di bidang pendidikan.
