Efektivitas Pendekatan Pembelajaran Mendalam terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Puisi Murid Kelas VIlI SMPN 3 Makassar
Abstract
Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia memiliki peran untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berfikir murid, terkhusus dalam keterampilan menulis. salah satu pembelajaran bahasa indonesia yaitu Menulis puisi, akan tetapi kemampuan menulis puisi murid masih tergolong rendah. Data di lapangan menunjukkan murid mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan ide , memilih diksi serta majas (gaya bahasa) untuk menyusun puisi yang memiliki makna. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis puisi belum sepenuhnya mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis murid.Tujuan utamanya untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi murid kelas VIII SMPN 3 Makassar. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kombinasi (mixed methods) dengan desain sekuensial eksplanatori (sequential explanatory design) Tahap ini difokuskan untuk mengukur efektivitas pendekatan Pembelajaran Mendalam melalui perbandingan skor pre-test dan post-test kemampuan menulis puisi, serta didukung data observasi aktivitas guru dan murid menggunakan skala likert 1–4. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini sangat efektif dalam memicu produktivitas menulis murid. Dapat dikatakan bahwa sebanyak 75% murid di dalam kelas mampu menciptakan puisi orisinal mereka sendiri dengan lebih mudah dan cepat.
