Tantangan dalam Peran Media Loose Parts terhadap Perkembangan Kreatifitas Anak Usia Dini di TK Tirarus Star Kids
Abstract
Media loose parts merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung pengembangan kreativitas anak usia dini melalui kegiatan eksplorasi dan pemecahan masalah. Namun, implementasinya dalam pembelajaran masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang memengaruhi efektivitas penggunaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dalam peran media loose parts terhadap pengembangan kreativitas anak usia dini di TK Tiranus Star Kids. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai informan penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman guru mengenai konsep loose parts, pengelolaan bahan pembelajaran, keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan, dan sarana pendukung yang belum optimal. Meskipun demikian, media loose parts mampu mendukung kreativitas anak yang ditunjukkan melalui kemampuan menghasilkan ide, berpikir fleksibel, menciptakan karya yang unik, dan mengembangkan gagasan secara lebih rinci. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi guru dan dukungan fasilitas sekolah agar implementasi media loose parts dapat berjalan secara optimal.
