Pemetaan Konseptual Metafora pada Lirik Lagu Album Beberapa Orang Memaafkan karya Feast
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan jenis-jenis metafora konseptual yang terdapat dalam lirik lagu album Beberapa Orang Memaafkan karya .Feast berdasarkan teori metafora Stephen Ullmann. Album ini dipilih karena mengandung muatan sosial-politik yang kuat dan diwujudkan melalui pemakaian bahasa figuratif yang padat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Data bersumber dari lima lirik lagu dalam album tersebut, yaitu "Kami Belum Tentu", "Padi Milik Rakyat", "Peradaban", "Minggir", dan "Berita Kehilangan". Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keempat jenis metafora menurut Ullmann ditemukan dalam album ini, yakni metafora antropomorfik, metafora sinestetik, metafora pengabstrakan, dan metafora kehewanan. Metafora pengabstrakan mendominasi dengan 14 data, diikuti metafora antropomorfik dengan 5 data, metafora sinestetik dengan 4 data, dan metafora kehewanan dengan 1 data. Dominasi metafora pengabstrakan mengindikasikan bahwa .Feast cenderung mengkonkretkan konsep-konsep abstrak seperti kekuasaan, penindasan, dan perlawanan dalam imaji yang bersifat inderawi dan fisikal. Temuan ini memperkaya kajian stilistika lirik lagu dalam konteks musik indie Indonesia dan menunjukkan bahwa lirik lagu .Feast memiliki kompleksitas bahasa figuratif yang layak dikaji secara akademis.
