Rekonstruksi Identitas Diri Tokoh dalam Novel 3478 MDPL Karya Syahril Amaliah S: Konsep False Self dan True Self Winnicott
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses rekonstruksi identitas diri tokoh utama dalam novel 3478 MDPL karya Syahril Amaliah S. Melalui pendekatan psikologi sastra dengan menggunakan konsep false self dan true self Winnicott. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik baca dan catat terhadap teks novel sebagai sumber data utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua temuan utama, yaitu (1) kondisi false self tokoh utama yang terbentuk sebagai respons terhadap tekanan psikologis sebelum melakukan pendakian gunung, dan (2) proses rekonstruksi identitas diri dari false self menuju true self yang ditandai oleh tumbuhnya kesadaran diri, penerimaan diri, meningkatnya keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri, serta keberhasilan tokoh menemukan jati dirinya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendakian gunung dalam novel tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai aktivitas fisik, tetapi juga menjadi ruang psikologis yang mendorong transformasi identitas tokoh. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan kajian psikologi sastra, khususnya melalui penerapan konsep false self dan true self Winnicott dalam analisis karya sastra Indonesia.
