Mengatasi Tantangan Guru Dalam Mengajar Siswa Dengan Kemampuan Dan Latar Belakang Yang Beragam Di SD
Abstract
Pendidikan dasar merupakan fondasi penting dalam membentuk kemampuan dan karakter anak, namun dalam pelaksanaannya, guru sering menghadapi tantangan besar akibat keberagaman kemampuan dan latar belakang siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi guru sekolah dasar dalam mengajar siswa dengan kemampuan dan latar belakang yang beragam, serta merumuskan strategi efektif untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru menghadapi tantangan pada aspek variasi kemampuan akademik, keberagaman budaya dan bahasa, kebutuhan khusus siswa, serta keterbatasan fasilitas dan pelatihan. Untuk mengatasinya, strategi seperti pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, pendekatan inklusif berbasis budaya lokal, dan pemerataan fasilitas pendidikan sangat direkomendasikan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif dan mendukung perkembangan optimal setiap siswa.
