Metafora Tubuh sebagai Ruang Eksistensial dalam Puisi ‘Surat Kau” karya Joko Pinurbo: Kajian Hermeneutika atas Representasi Kehadiran dan Ketiadaan
Abstract
Puisi kontemporer Indonesia menunjukkan kecenderungan kuat dalam mengeksplorasi tubuh sebagai ruang simbolik bagi pengalaman batin, relasi, dan keberadaan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana metafora tubuh dalam puisi “Surat Kau” membentuk ruang eksistensial yang merepresentasikan kehadiran, ketiadaan, dan proses penerimaan diri subjek lirik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi-hermeneutik untuk menyingkap makna eksistensial yang terartikulasikan melalui citra tubuh dalam teks puisi. Data berupa larik-larik puitik dianalisis melalui pembacaan mendalam, reduksi makna metaforis, serta interpretasi hermeneutik dalam sirkulasi pemahaman teks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kehilangan dan ketiadaan, (2) metafora tubuh sebagai simbol emosi dan (3) penerimaan dan kesadaran dir. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metafora tubuh dalam puisi berfungsi sebagai struktur eksistensial yang mengorganisasi makna kehadiran dan ketiadaan. Temuan ini berimplikasi pada penguatan pendekatan fenomenologi-hermeneutik dalam kajian sastra serta pengembangan pembacaan puisi yang lebih reflektif dan kontekstual.
