Optimalisasi Manajemen Kurikulum dan Pembelajaran untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan
Abstract
Manajemen kurikulum dan pembelajaran merupakan unsur strategis yang menentukan kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Kurikulum berfungsi sebagai pedoman utama dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, sedangkan pembelajaran menjadi implementasi nyata dari kurikulum tersebut di dalam kelas. Artikel ini mengkaji prinsip-prinsip, strategi, dan implementasi manajemen kurikulum serta pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien di lingkungan sekolah. Melalui pendekatan kajian literatur dari berbagai ahli, artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan mutu pendidikan hanya dapat dicapai melalui beberapa aspek kunci, yaitu: perencanaan kurikulum yang matang, pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang konsisten, serta evaluasi yang berkelanjutan dan terukur.
