Perempuan dalam Bayangan Kolonialisme: Analisis Feminisme Poskolonial dalam Novel Cantik Itu Luka
Abstract
Konstruksi kehidupan perempuan yang hidup dalam bayangan kolonialisme pada novel Cantik Itu Luka karya Eka Kurniawan, didasarkan pada pentingnya sastra pascakolonial sebagai medium dekonstruksi sejarah dari sudut pandang subaltern. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berpendekatan Feminisme Poskolonial, data berupa dialog dan narasi dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi persilangan opresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa opresi terhadap perempuan hadir secara berlapis sebagai hasil dari interseksionalitas kekuasaan kolonial dan patriarki, yang menjadikan tubuh Dewi Ayu sebagai objek eksploitasi dan warisan kekerasan struktural. Kendati demikian, kesimpulan utama menegaskan bahwa subjek perempuan memanifestasikan berbagai bentuk agensi dan perlawanan (misalnya agensi negatif dan dekolonisasi estetika) untuk merebut kembali otonomi dan mendefinisikan realitas mereka sendiri dari narasi dominan yang opresif.
