Peran Komunikasi Penerimaan Aktif Dalam Membangun Kerjasama Tim Di Dalam Organisasi
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi penerimaan aktif dalam membangun kerjasama tim di organisasi, dengan fokus pada Karang Taruna Bhina Bakti. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Karang Taruna Bhina Bakti. Wawancara dilakukan dengan menggunakan panduan wawancara yang dirancang untuk mengumpulkan data tentang persepsi responden terhadap komunikasi penerimaan aktif dan kerjasama tim. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup informasi tentang jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan terakhir, pengalaman kerja dalam tim sebelumnya, serta persepsi mereka terhadap komunikasi penerimaan aktif dan kerjasama tim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi penerimaan aktif sangat penting dan efektif dalam memperkuat kerja sama tim. Karang Taruna Bhina Bakti menganggap komunikasi penerimaan aktif sebagai faktor yang diperkuat, meningkatkan pemahaman, dan meningkatkan kerjasama antar anggota tim. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi Karang Taruna Bhina Bakti dalam meningkatkan kerjasama tim melalui komunikasi yang lebih efektif dan inklusif.
